Healthier Together Georgia

The Georgia High Obesity Program (G-HOP) is a project funded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and is implemented by the University of Georgia. The current G-HOP funding cycle runs from 2023 to 2028 and focuses on implementing Nutrition and Physical Activity strategies in ten Georgia counties with an adult obesity prevalence of 40% or higher. The program was previously known as Healthier Together Georgia.
